Ms. Power is a member of the Real Estate and Construction practice groups at Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP. Her practice spans both transactions and litigation.

In her transactional practice, Ms. Power navigates clients through commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions from contract to closing, including title and survey review. She handles commercial leasing, condominium development, and land use and zoning matters, and drafts opinion letters for loan transactions. Ms. Power also drafts and negotiates construction agreements on behalf of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects and engineers for a variety of construction projects. In her representation of real estate brokers, Ms. Power advises clients regarding compliance with Colorado Real Estate Commission rules and regulations, and drafts agreements and addenda for licensed Colorado real estate brokers. 

Ms. Power also guides clients through all phases of the litigation process through trial. Her practice areas include title disputes, real estate brokerage law, contract disputes, land use, construction defect litigation, and mechanic’s liens. She also represents real estate professionals in administrative actions before the Colorado Real Estate Commission.

Ms. Power was the Director of Communications for CREW Denver (Commercial Real Estate Women) for the 2016-2017 term.

She lives in Boulder with her husband and two children, and enjoys spending time with her family and running marathons.
