Charlotte R. Landvik focuses her practice on basic and complex estate planning, asset protection, estate tax planning, probate administration and trust settlement. She enjoys educating clients about the options available to them and drafting the estate plan that is right for them. She has taught numerous seminars for the public, financial advisors and other attorneys, both locally and nationally, on estate planning strategies and probate and trust administration. Charlotte is experienced in assisting families through the probate process and trust administration process after death, as well.
Charlotte earned her law degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, in 2004 and her LL.M. in Taxation, also from the University of Denver, in 2007. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association.
Charlotte lives outside Boulder with her husband of 20 years and their three children. When not in the office, Charlotte is likely to be found on the soccer field or at a rock climbing competition cheering on one of her competitive athletes.
