Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP (BHGR) is pleased to announce that two of our attorneys have been named by Colorado Super Lawyers as being among the top attorneys in the state for 2010. George V. Berg, Jr. was selected as a Super Lawyer in the area of Construction and Litigation, and Jason T. Pink as a Rising Star in the area of Criminal Defense.
Each year, Law & Politics undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by Law & Politics’ attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check. Only five percent of lawyers in the state of Colorado are named Super Lawyers each year. The annual selections are available in the spring issue of Colorado Super Lawyers’ magazine.
George V. Berg, Jr. is the founding and managing partner at BHGR. He has been involved in many landmark trials for high-profile clients whom he assisted in achieving very favorable outcomes. His main practice areas include business, construction, litigation and real estate. This is the fourth year he has been selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer.
Jason T. Pink joined BHGR as an associate in September of 2007. Prior to joining BHGR, he was a Colorado State Public Defender and represented indigent persons accused of all levels of criminal activity. Currently, his practice is devoted entirely to litigation in the areas of criminal defense and complex civil litigation.
