Rick Greenleaf Awarded “Arbitration and Mediation Lawyer of the Year” by Lawyer Monthly

BHGR is pleased to announce that Rick Greenleaf, who now serves as Special Counsel to the Firm, has been awarded “USA 2016 Arbitration-Mediation Lawyer of the Year” by Lawyer Monthly. The Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards “recognizes the achievements of law firms, lawyers, barristers and those connected to the legal world who have a proven track record in delivering results for their clients over the past twelve months” while each category is adopted to “represent the diversity of skills and knowledge that the profession has to offer clients across the globe.” After several months of research and data analysis, Lawyer Monthly awarded Mr. Greenleaf based on selection criteria including nominations, legal activities compared to industry peers, involvements in significant legal cases and legal activity, legal expertise and innovation, innovation in client care, and peer recognition.

Mr. Greenleaf has extensive experience, both domestically and internationally, in arbitration, mediation and resolving complex construction disputes. He is a member of the AAA’s Large Complex Case Panel for construction disputes, the National Energy Panel, and the AAA National Panel of Mediators. He has been appointed by the National Dispute Resolution Committee of the American Arbitration Association as one of approximately 100 distinguished arbitrators in the United States to be named a Master Construction Arbitrator. Mr. Greenleaf is also a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators was the former Co-Chair of the Construction Arbitration Committee.
