Richard Greenleaf named Fellow of the CIArb

BHGR’s Rick Greenleaf has been named a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). The Institute is an international center of excellence for the practice and profession of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Headquartered in London, England, CIArb has a membership based across 133 countries and is supported by an international network of 37 branches. The Institute provides education and training for arbitrators, mediators and adjudicators. It also acts as a global hub for practitioners, policy makers, academics and those in business, supporting the global promotion, facilitation and development of all ADR methods.

Mr. Greenleaf’s arbitration practice encompasses all aspects of construction, energy and mining related legal issues. He also serves as a fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators,
the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, the American College of E-Neutrals and the Dispute Board Foundation.
