Two BHGR attorneys, Carrie Doyle and Padraic McCoy, have been listed among 5280 Magazine’s Denver’s Top Lawyers 2017! Carrie Doyle represents tribal and tribal-partner clients in matters of national Indian law, including as outside general counsel to tribal governments and their agencies, and provides advice on legislative, executive, and judicial action, federal and tribal regulatory compliance, employment law, contracting, and economic development. She practices before tribal, state, and federal courts and administrative bodies.
Padraic McCoy’s practice includes significant work in the Indian gaming industry representing Indian tribes and tribal agencies and gaming commissions, as well as developers, investors, lenders, banks, landowners, and others. He has worked on over twenty-five Indian gaming projects in twenty different states, and has been involved in well over $1.0 billion in casino financings.
