Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP is proud to have recently assisted the W.W. Reynolds Companies, and an array of seller entities, in the disposition of nearly 1.5 million square feet of prime office space in Boulder and Fort Collins, Colorado. The team was lead by one of the firm’s Founding Partners, Giovanni Ruscitti. He was assisted by Senior Associate, Peter Schaub, attorney Amy DePasquale, paralegal Suzanne Biesendorfer, and supported by numerous other attorneys and staff members, who pulled together to close what is being touted by many as the single largest real estate transaction in Boulder history.
“BHGR is grateful for the opportunity to have assisted the W.W. Reynolds Companies in this monumental transaction,” said Ruscitti.
The portfolio of the transaction included Pearl East Business Park, Tierra Business Centre, Flatiron Business Center and the Highpoint Business Park in Boulder, consisting of more than 1 million square feet of office space. The Fort Collins properties included 507,005 square feet of space located in the Prospect East Business Park.
With Boulder having a relatively small real estate market, deals of this size do not come along very often. The transaction was described by the purchaser, Seattle-based Unico Properties, as “a large and complicated transaction that required significant creativity and ingenuity.”
Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP is Boulder County’s largest local law firm and is proud that they were chosen over the other local and national firms in the area to assist W.W. Reynolds on such an enormous matter. By handling and closing major deals such as this, BHGR continues to prove that their attorneys are equipped to handle matters of any size and complexity.
