As a partner at Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP, Mr. Merrigan's practice emphasizes litigation and arbitration of commercial disputes of all kinds. He is an arbitrator and member of the American Arbitration Association's construction industry panel in Colorado. Mr. Merrigan has extensive trial experience and has argued cases before the state and federal appellate courts in Colorado. He represents local government and private sector clients in areas ranging from land use and zoning to taxation and employment. His construction practice concentrates on helping both owners and contractors with mechanic's liens and construction disputes of all kinds including claims for delays, changes, suspensions and terminations, defects, and insurance. Mr. Merrigan is AV-rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review ratings system.
