Experience
Kimberly Fischer joined BHGR as an associate in 2010. Her practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation in the corporate and construction arenas, as well as estate planning and administration. While in law school, she was a member of the Woman's Law Caucus and Diversity Awareness Now and also participated in mock trials. During this time she also clerked for BHGR for two years. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal at several law firms that focused on insurance defense, real estate, and class action lawsuits.
Kimberly received her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Classics from Saint Michael's College in Burlington, Vermont where she played guard on the women's basketball team. She continues her love for the game by coaching Team Boulder, a girl's middle school basketball team. She was born and raised in Massachusetts. She enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, running, reading, and basketball.
