Experience

Jonathan handles estates of all sizes and complexities in planning and administration. He works with clients to create and administer wills and revocable trusts, IRA's, charitable trusts, estate and gift tax preparation, family limited partnerships, conservatorships and guardianships, tax planning and strategies, and other tax-savings tools.

In addition, Jonathan works with business clients to form partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies. This includes working with individuals and businesses to ensure proper tax planning and succession planning. Jonathan advocates for clients in local and federal court including tax disputes against the IRS and local tax authorities.

Jonathan uses the client experience as an opportunity to teach and help clients navigate the complex nature of estates and trusts, tax law and other areas. Jonathan believes in using practical solutions to solve legal problems when possible and providing clients with a high level of service.
