Litigation Environmental and Water LawExperience
Mr. Banashek is a partner at Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP. His practice emphasizes criminal defense and civil litigation. He started his own firm upon graduation from law school, where he practiced with two different partners for eight years prior to joining BHGR.
Mr. Banashek has represented criminal defendants in a wide variety of matters including federal and state white collar crimes, federal and state drug offenses, extradition, drinking and driving cases, post-conviction remedies, as well as, crimes involving violence, sex, property, and computers. His civil practice includes water law litigation and appeals, complex commercial litigation, residential and commercial construction disputes, tax and trust litigation, medical malpractice, real estate and product liability suits against automobile manufacturers. In the area of personal injury, Mr. Banashek has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving serious injury and death.
