Litigation ConstructionExperience
Jack P. Storti joined BHGR as an associate in 2008 after graduating from University of Denver's Sturm College of Law. He served as a law clerk at BHGR from 2006-2008. Mr. Storti has experience litigating numerous commercial disputes including:
- International mining services and construction contracts;
- Federal bid protests to the Government Accountability Office in Washington, D.C.;
- Mechanic's lien foreclosure actions;
- Construction disputes involving breach of contract, extra work, wrongful termination, schedule impacts and delay, and defective construction and design;
- Corporate disputes and matters involving personal liability, unlawful corporate distributions, alter-ego, fraudulent conveyance, and related claims involving corporations, LLC's and partnerships and their respective managers, members, officers, directors, and shareholders;
- Employment matters involving wrongful termination and Colorado's Wage Claim Act;
- Payment disputes, collection actions, and enforcement of judgments; and
- Various breach of contract and related commercial disputes in state and federal court as well as alternative dispute resolution forums
Outside of the office, Mr. Storti enjoys taking advantage of the wonderful golf and skiing Colorado has to offer.
