Mr. Berg is one of the four founding partners of Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP. Mr. Berg's practice of over 35 years emphasizes complex commercial transactions and litigation, personal and real property litigation, real estate and real estate development, construction, banking, insurance and title insurance coverage analysis and litigation, including antitrust and business competition matters, business organization, reorganization, business disputes and bankruptcy.
Mr. Berg is licensed in state and federal courts in both Colorado and Texas, and certain federal courts in other states, including Nebraska. Mr. Berg has extensive experience in both Texas and Colorado, including the handling of multi-million dollar court and jury trials, as well as large real estate transactions, including residential, commercial, farm and ranch development, leasing and sale.
