Experience
Becky Rigo has focused her practice on complex commercial real estate matters, including handling several multi-million dollar and multi-state acquisitions and dispositions for various national REITs, including sale-leaseback transactions. She has also represented Board of Directors and homeowners associations in their corporate governance & operations.
Ms. Rigo is licensed to practice in both Colorado and Illinois. She has been counsel to a national real estate investment trust in connection with the acquisition and financing of more than $500 million in multi-family projects as well as counsel to a national real estate investment trust in the acquisition and disposition of more than $4 billion in commercial real estate properties throughout the United States. Prior to law school, Ms. Rigo worked with venture capitalists in the telecommunications industry acquiring, developing and managing cellular infrastructures and operations in several states across the United States.
