Environmental and Water LawExperience
Ann Rhodes assists clients in both the private and public sectors with transaction, compliance issues, and litigation related to property, pollution, regulatory issues, and water rights. She also guides clients through the appellate process as needed.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ann worked for many years as an electrical and software engineer specializing in international telecommunications. During that period she started a software company and successfully guided it through a series of acquisitions. She worked closely with clients in Europe, Asia, and South America.
At the University of Colorado School of Law, Ann helped achieve victories for her American Indian Law Clinic Clients in the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. She also wrote and edited articles for the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy.
