Jon N. Banashek, a partner, and Kathleen T. Alt, an associate who practice with Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP, have twenty years of criminal law experience in Colorado. They will moderate “Recent Trends Involving the Law of Arrest, Search and Seizure in Colorado”, along with four other experts in the field: Leonard I. Frieling, J. Andrew Nathan, Richard L. Ott Jr., and Bernard Woessner.
This one day continuing education course is designed for attorneys, law enforcement officials, detectives, training officers, and municipal and county administrators. The goal of the seminar is to inform attendees of changes in law enforcement regarding arrests, searches and seizures.
