The Board of Commissioners of Boulder Housing Partners, the City of Boulder’s housing authority, passed a resolution on November 3, 2008 recognizing and thanking Jim Martin for being general counsel to Boulder Housing Partners during his six year tenure as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Boulder. Jim provided legal counsel to Boulder Housing Partners in the construction and management of dozens of affordable housing units in Boulder, including the Holiday Neighborhood, Broadway East, Broadway West and Boulder Mobile Manor projects.
Boulder Housing Partners owns 35 properties within the City of Boulder and provides housing to some of Boulder’s neediest residents. The Board of Commissioners of Boulder Housing Partners is appointed by the Boulder City Council.
Jim Martin joined BHGR in October 2008 as an associate attorney.
