Jason Pink is an associate with Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti.  His practice is devoted entirely to litigation and emphasizes Complex Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury Law.  Mr. Pink is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience litigating pre-trial hearings, trials to the court, and jury trials.  Mr. Pink also represents clients in administrative proceedings related to criminal matters, post-conviction proceedings, and appellate proceedings.

Prior to joining Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti, Mr. Pink served as a Deputy State Public Defender representing indigent clients accused of crimes ranging from misdemeanors to class one felony offenses.  As a Deputy Public Defender, Mr. Pink successfully tried many cases to verdict in outlying rural jurisdictions as well as in Denver. He has experience representing clients in a wide variety of criminal matters including first degree murder, attempted murder, sex offenses, assault, menacing, vehicular assaults, property crimes, drug offenses and driving under the influence.

Mr. Pink was born and raised in Jackson, Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.  While at Michigan, Mr. Pink was a member of the Dean's List and was awarded class honors.  He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado in 2003 and was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2003.  Mr. Pink is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Boulder Bar Association, and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar.  He currently resides in Boulder with his wife and enjoys spending time with his family, telemark skiing, playing golf, cycling, reading and cooking.
