Susan Tyrrell Richards is Of Counsel to Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP. Her practice emphasizes estate planning, business organization, and real property law.

Ms. Richards received her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado, 1992, where she was the Managing Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. She received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado in 1983, as well as an M.B.A. in 1992. She is a member of the Boulder County and the Colorado Bar Associations, and is a member of the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association.

Ms. Richards has been a resident of Boulder since 1979. She has served on the board of trustees of The Community Foundation serving Boulder County since 1992, where she has served as Chair of the Board, Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee, and Chair of the Legal Committee.
