Mr. Greenleaf, first licensed in 1982, has handled cases, disputes, and transactions related to the construction industry exclusively since 1987. He was formerly a partner at Wells, Love and Scoby, LLC prior to helping form Berg Hill Greenleaf and Ruscitti, LLP. He represents contractors, subcontractors, architects and owners on public and private projects, including commercial, industrial, petrochemical, and residential. He has been active in all phases of construction law, arbitration, litigation, and mediation including: contract drafting and negotiation, project delivery systems, bonds, insurance, and surety law; and construction disputes involving, breach of contract and subcontract, extra work, wrongful termination, schedule impacts (delay, disruption, acceleration), expansive soils, defective construction, and defective design. He is also a frequent speaker and author on construction and arbitration issues.

Alternative Dispute Resolution Experience. Mr. Greenleaf has extensive arbitration panel experience in large complex construction cases. He has been an AAA Construction Panelist since 1989, arbitrating numerous construction disputes in Texas, Colorado and throughout the United States. He is a member of AAA's LCCP panel for large complex construction cases, a member of AAA National Panel of Mediators, and a member of the AAA's National Energy Panel for the arbitration of cases related to the Energy Industry. Mr. Greenleaf has been appointed by the National Dispute Resolution Committee to serve as one of approximately 100 construction arbitrators in the United States on the Committee's "Master Roster" of distinguished construction arbitrators.
