Preston J. Johnson is an associate with Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP.  His practice emphasizes corporate transactional work, small business formations, and commercial litigation.  Mr. Johnson has assisted corporate clients in completing commercial transactions including organizing and planning business entities and structuring commercial and intellectual property transactions.

Mr. Johnson was born and raised in Loveland, Colorado.  He received his B.A. in Political Science and Russian Area Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and was a Boren Scholar at Saint Petersburg State University in Saint Petersburg, Russia in 2000.  He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2007.  While at the University of Colorado School of Law, Mr. Johnson served as a member and editor for the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law.  Prior to enrolling in law school, Mr. Johnson worked for the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. 

Mr. Johson is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Boulder County Bar Association.  He currently resides in Longmont with his wife, Erin.  In his free time, Mr. Johnson enjoys fly fishing, skiing, golf and traveling.
