Mike Arnold joined Berg, Hill, Greenleaf & Ruscitti in 2006 and practices general litigation, handling all types of litigation matters including commercial and construction disputes as well as municipal matters and eminent domain proceedings  His experience in construction litigation has involved representing owners, general contractors, and subcontractors and includes both commercial construction disputes and residential/homeowner matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Arnold was an associate with the national law firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP in Atlanta, Ga. where he handled litigation matters, including securities cases and bankruptcy actions. Mr. Arnold also has considerable experience with product liability matters, including defending cases involving alleged injuries arising from pharmaceutical products as well as product recall issues. He has also handled a number of medical malpractice cases in defense of treating physicians.  Mr. Arnold currently resides in the Boulder area with his wife and two children.
