Katy Rackleff's practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation and appellate work. Before joining Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP, in August 2007, she served as permanent law clerk to retired U.S. Magistrate Judge Patricia A. Coan in U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado for more than ten years. Ms. Rackleff was an associate with the civil litigation firm of Waltz, D'Antuono & Coan for two and a half years prior to her federal clerkship.
Ms. Rackleff is licensed in the State of Colorado and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. She received her B.S. degree in political science from Willamette University, Salem, Oregon in 1988, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Law School, Boulder, Colorado in 1992.
Outside the office, Ms. Rackleff enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, skiing and other outdoor activities.
