Justin Berg is a graduate of Rice University, where he received his B.A. in English and Managerial Studies. While at Rice University, Justin also started for four years on the baseball team, receiving all-conference and post-season honors, and played in the 1997 and 1999 NCAA College World Series. After being drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals following his senior season, Justin decided to remain at Rice to continue his education and pursue the practice of law. In 2003, Justin received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and, like his father and grandfather before him, focuses primarily on Commercial and Civil Litigation.
After working for several prominent firms in Texas throughout his time at Rice University and the University of Houston Law Center, Justin decided to return to Boulder to work at BHGR. Justin's legal focus at BHGR is Commercial and Civil Litigation, Business Law and Litigation, Construction Law and Litigation, and Personal Injury Litigation, including Wrongful Death and Product Liability. Justin is a member of the Colorado and Boulder County Bar Associations, the American and Colorado Trial Lawyers Associations, and is licensed in both the state and federal courts of Colorado. Justin has also acted as a chairman of the Boulder County Bar Association.
Outside the office, Justin takes every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with his wife, Sally, who also practices law in Boulder, and two children.
