Jonathan practices in the following areas: trust and estate administration; estate planning; tax planning; audit defense; business planning and entity formation.

Jonathan has experience working with large, multi-million dollar estates in both administration and planning.  Specifically, he has worked with clients to create and administer revocable trusts, IRA's, charitable trusts, family limited partnerships and other tax saving tools.  In addition, Jonathan works with our business clients to form partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, as well as helping companies with problems and needs as they arise.  Jonathan works with both individuals and businesses to ensure proper tax and succession planning.  Having worked closely with accountants over the years, Jonathan is comfortable working with your chosen financial and tax advisors to ensure proper planning and administration.

Jonathan graduated from Florida State University College of Law cum laude.  Jonathan served on the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law and the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy.  Jonathan's experience at Florida State includes serving as an extern for the North Florida Legal Clinic; serving as a tax research assistant and holding various law clerk positions.

Currently, Jonathan is a member of the Executive Board for the Denver Bar Association's Young Lawyer Division and is a member of the Boulder County Estate Planning Council.
