John A. Hunter is an associate with Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP. His practice emphasizes commercial and residential real estate, development, construction, commercial contracts, business disputes and civil litigation. Mr. Hunter also has experience representing technology companies in a wide variety of matters including the representation of telecommunication carriers in regulatory proceedings before state public utility commissions. He is a member of the Colorado and Boulder Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Colorado courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.   

Mr. Hunter received his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1999 where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as a judicial extern to Judge Don Dickey at the Marion County Circuit Court. He completed his B.A. at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1994.

Mr. Hunter lives in Boulder and enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, fly fishing, and following the University of Colorado Buffaloes.
