Jennifer R. Zimmerman is an associate with Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP.  Her practice emphasizes complex civil litigation, criminal defense work, and construction law.  Ms. Zimmerman also represents clients in administrative proceedings related to civil and criminal matters, and in post-conviction proceedings, including appeals.

Ms. Zimmerman was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado.  She received her B.A. in Political Science and French from Emory University, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law.  While at the the University of Colorado School of Law, Ms. Zimmerman served as a member and editor for the University of Colorado Law Review and was a member of the Dean's list.  In addition, in 2007, she was honored by the National Association of Women Lawyers as the outstanding law student from the University of Colorado as a result of her high academic achievement and promotion of issues and concerns of women in the legal profession.

Ms. Zimmerman is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Boulder County Bar Association, the National Association of Women Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar.  She currently resides in Boulder with her husband, Brett.  In her free time, Ms. Zimmerman enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
