Mr. Iatridis is a partner with Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP. He teaches environmental law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law as an adjunct professor; and he has taught environmental law and remediation courses at Colorado School of Mines as an adjunct professor.
Mr. Iatridis has broad experience in both the private and public sectors. His practice areas include environmental health and safety law, natural resources, oil and gas law, administrative law, toxic torts and civil litigation. He has represented manufacturers, universities, mining companies, oil and gas developers, governmental entities, individuals, real estate developers, banks, and other commercial companies. In addition to litigation, Mr. Iatridis advises clients in enforcement actions, permitting, self-audits, compliance, contracts, insurance and transactions. His environmental practice includes Superfund, hazardous and solid waste, remediation, voluntary cleanups, brownfields redevelopment, radiation control, NEPA (Environmental Impact Statements), air quality, climate change, water quality, wetlands, toxic torts, permitting, insurance claims, facility siting, toxic substances, PCB's, asbestos, mold, operational compliance, worker safety, petroleum storage tanks, environmental audits, public lands, land use, and real estate and corporate transactions.
Mr. Iatridis obtained his law degree in 1990 from New York University's School of Law and a bachelor's degree in English literature in 1985 from Boston College, where he was awarded the Order of the Cross and Crown for outstanding academic achievement and distinguished service. Mr. Iatridis has earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
