Peter Schaub is a partner with the firm’s growing Real Estate group, whose practice reaches all corners of Colorado. He has represented clients in two of the most historic transactions in Boulder County history: W.W. Reynolds Companies portfolio sale and the Sale of Caribou Ranch. His practice involves many facets of transactional work, including residential and commercial purchase and sale (and all areas of due diligence), 1031 exchanges, commercial leasing, financing, land use, zoning, conservation easements, land development, and oil and gas. His experience and education in natural resources and environmental law lends itself well to his real estate practice.
